Our range of bookable optional extras are designed to make the planning for your challenge easier so that on the day all you need to worry about is the challenge!

Camping

Based at our ‘base camp’ in Runnymede Saturday 11 September. Ideal for all Challengers on the 2 Day ‘Daylight’ Challenge. Our campsite has hot showers, a rest area, changing rooms, drinks & more, and is a short shuttle journey from the 50 km rest stop, all shuttles there & back are included.

Your very own 2-man tent & mattress all set up and ready for you – no need for you to put up or take the tent down and enough space for you and your bag! As well as access to all our campsite facilities, breakfast on the following morning is also included.

Bring your own tent & reserve a pitch in our campsite. You will have access to hot showers, changing areas, hot drinks facilities & rest areas. Also includes breakfast for the following morning.

Pre Challenge

We’ve a range of shuttles & services to take you to your start line, before your challenge.

Ideal for anyone starting in Runnymede on the 2nd Half Challenge.

Our shuttle service will take you from Henley, to the start line of the challenge:

  • Sunday 05:00

Parking is not included – you need to use local P&D. 

Ideal for anyone starting in Runnymede on the 4th Quarter Challenge.

Our shuttle service will take you from Henley, to the start line of the challenge:

  • Sunday 07:30

Parking is not included – you need to use local P&D. 

Ideal for anyone starting at Runnymede on the 3rd Quarter Challenge, finishing in Cookham.

Park at Cookham (your finish) & shuttle to Runnymede, to the start line of the challenge:

Drop off parking available all day at Hurst Park – local P&D for anyone on the 2nd Quarter Challenge.

Post Challenge

We’ve a range of shuttles & services to take you to where you need to go, after your challenge.

Ideal for anyone on the 1st Quarter Challenge.

Our shuttle service will be in operation during the below times:

  • Saturday 10:00 – 17:00

Ideal for anyone on the 1st Half or 2nd Quarter Challenge.

Our shuttle service will be in operation during the below times:

  • Saturday 11:00 – 22:00

Ideal for anyone on the 3rd Quarter Challenge.

Our shuttle service will be in operation during the below times:

  • Saturday 11:00 – 22:00

There is a pay & display option for all day parking at Hurst Park, our 1st Quarter finish. 

There is a pay & display option for all day parking at Runnymede. 

There is free parking available for anyone wishing to be picked up from our site in Cookham.

There are local pay & display options for all day parking at Henley. 

Baggage Transfers

We’ve a range of baggage services taking your baggage forward for you to access during the challenge. All baggage services will be paid in cash on the day, you cannot pre book/ buy these options. Please note the max weight limits – these are strict, and bags will be weighed.

Ideal for Full Challengers walkers & joggers. 

Our shuttle service will take your bag (max weight 20kg) from the start, to the half way stop, and then onwards to the finish.

Ideal for all Full Challengers.

Our shuttle service will take your bag (1 piece of luggage per person, max weight 20kg) from the start  to the finish.

Ideal for all Half Challengers.

Our shuttle service will take your bag (1 piece of luggage per person, 20kg) from the start to your finish.

Ideal for all Quarter Challengers.

Our shuttle service will take your bag (1 piece of luggage per person, max weight 20kg) from the start to your finish.

Included for all Runners (anyone confirmed as a Runner on entry) – our kit drop service will take a small (10kg max) kit bag forward for you to access:

  • Full Challenge runners – start > midway > finsih
  • Half & Quarter Challenge runners – start > finish
