Please check below to see if you are eligible for a refund, deferral or substitution based on your funding type & challenge time-line. The below policy stands if you, the challenger, cancels your place on your chosen challenge. Please see our Terms & Conditions, accessible at the bottom of this page for details whereby we, Action Challenge, cancel the event. 

Please note our policy for 2022 challenges, is different to our 2021 challenges.

2021 Cancellation Policy

The below conditions apply to challenges taking place on 2021. As per the conditions set out on the registration form.

Self Funding

  • REFUND = 90% (there is a 10% admin fee incurred)

Please note:

  • Refunds will also be subject to incur the costs to cover the cost of any merchandise, goods, or services that you may have received as part of a promotional package.
  • Deferrals are only available to the following year (2022) as a maximum and you cannot defer your entry more than once.
  • If you decide to cancel your deferred entry, this will incur a loss of the registration fee paid on your original registration.
